Somatic Experiencing
An interactive experience and powerful form of trauma healing that focuses on uncovering the root of trauma, energetic imbalances or chronic pain to access deep healing. This neurobiological approach involves dialogue and deeply tuning into your body to process emotions, memories and physical sensations and their effect on your nervous system and psyche.

Acupressure
This healing method, rooted in Chinese medicine, involves light finger pressure, using the same meridians and points as Acupuncture. Sessions involve attuning to energetic imbalances in the body and using specific meridians and points to bring your body back into a state of harmony and balance.

CranioSacral Therapy
A light touch and intuitive healing modality that allows restrictions in the body to be identified and resolved, bringing your body’s energy back into a state of centeredness and groundedness. Sessions involve dialogue to connect dots from your physical symptoms and sensations to emotions, memories and beliefs that hold those patterns in place.

Dream Integration
Explore a dream or nightmare that has stuck with you to uncover its meaning and significance in your life through Implicit Dreamwork, a new somatic method for working with dreams by engaging active imagination and the embodied experience.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Less than 24-hour notification to cancel or reschedule an appointment, no-shows or missed appointments will incur a fee for 50% of your service. Arriving late for a session may require shortening the length of the session.
