I completed Psychedelics Today’s Vital training in Psychedelic Therapies & Integration, and have wisdom and firsthand experience with creating safe experiences that go deep and translate insights to reality.

As a creative professional for 16 years, I keep our collaboration lively, dynamic and creative–attuned to your unique needs and preferences.

As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and CranioSacral Therapist, both of which focus on trauma healing, I have some serious training in how to sensitively and expertly attune to many types of trauma: mental, physical, emotional, spiritual and interpersonal. Working through new ideas non-judgmentally and holding space for vulnerable states creates a powerful synergy that not all facilitators can make possible.

Why does more than one integration session
often make a difference?

While there’s a lot each of us can do alone with focus, making time for devoted conversations with someone who is trained to support you in uncovering your own thoughts and beliefs (think Gestalt) can make a difference. Our conversations can assist you in defining what you want to make of your experience as well as which actions you feel inspired to take.

With more time, often new unforeseen connections emerge that could serve to deepen the impact of healing. We stay with something and it can often change on us in mind-bending or mind-blowing ways.

How it works

What to expect
One or more 60 minute conversations over Zoom or in-person to help you integrate and maximize the outcome of your journey.
